British collector and thrill-seeker Coby Bull took card collecting to extreme heights by setting a Guinness World Record for opening trading card packs while strapped to the wing of an airplane in flight.
Cruising 600 feet in the air aboard a vintage 1940s Boeing Stearman biplane, Bull battled 120 mph winds to tear open seven packs of Topps Chrome Basketball cards in just 60 seconds. Guinness required at least six packs to establish the brand-new record, and Bull cleared seven without dropping a single card into the slipstream. Bull said he wanted to combine the familiar rush of ripping packs with pure adrenaline.
