Eggs are Out, Potatoes are IN

Eggs are out. Potatoes are in.

Thanks to sky-high egg prices, people are apparently skipping the shell and dyeing potatoes for Easter this year. Potatoes USA  tried pushing this trend  in 2023, and now it’s finally having its moment. Even PETA wanted the White House Easter “egg” roll to swap the eggs for potatoes

So if you’re feeling broke but still want to bring the Easter vibes—skip the eggs, grab a sack of spuds, and let the potato makeover montage begin.
