ALLOUEZ, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A neighborhood grocery store in Allouez is shutting its doors for good.
Sal’s Foods of Allouez announced in a Facebook post Thursday it is permanently closing. The store’s last day will be March 15.
From now until its closure, the store’s new hours of operation will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Officials say the store will “serve [customers] as best as we can during our final days.”
The post reads, in part:
To those who did support us—our loyal customers, hardworking employees, and anyone who gave us a chance—we sincerely thank you. Your kindness and patronage has meant the world to us.
Sal’s Foods has three other locations in Freedom, Wausaukee and Black Creek.
