(Reuters) – American International Group said on Wednesday Chief Executive Officer Peter Zaffino will take on the additional role of the chairman of its board from 2022.
Zaffino, who is AIG’s seventh CEO since 2005, will replace Brian Duperreault, who will retire from the board at the end of this year, AIG said.
