Weekends/Fill-In

Hi my name is Shane Reno and I’m originally from Two Rivers, Wi. When I was 12 years old I had a radio shack AM radio broadcasting kit at my house and made believe I was on the air because I always had this dream of being in radio. When I turned 15, I started a part time job at a lakeshore radio station running Casey Kasums American top 40. I worked there through my high school years and continued there for many years after. Then I continued my career at a Valley radio station and one of the highlights there was to be on the cover of Rolling stone Magazine for being one of the best at the time. I always had a great love for music, it’s the one thing that can bring back great memories of our past. I enjoy playing guitar and currently play in a local rock/pop/variety band called “Shocker.” Yes I’m a diehard Packer fan and proud of it win or lose. Entertainment sales has also been something I have done but I always wanted to return to my true love of radio and I’m very excited to be a part of the Wixx family.
