GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Joshua Yahsha was convicted Monday for a hit-and-run crash which killed a bicyclist.
Yahsha, 21, pleaded no contest to hit and run involving death. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 29.
At sentencing, there will be a joint recommendation from the state and defense for an 18-month prison term, plus five years on extended supervision. The judge is not bound by that recommendation.
Jordan Krebsky, 25, was killed in the July 15, 2020, crash on Green Bay’s east side.
