GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Prosecutors dismissed charges Tuesday against Randy Sanroman, one of four teens who were charged after a shooting at a Pulaski park in July 2025.
Sanroman was scheduled for trial Tuesday. Instead, the charges were dismissed but could be refiled, court records show. No reason is stated in the online court record.
Three others were also charged:
- Colton Hansen pleaded no contest to misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.
- Hailey Tank has a status conference on Oct. 27.
- Lebella Ferrari has a status conference Nov. 20.
In Wisconsin, those ages 17 and older are charged in adult court.
According to the criminal complaints, police responded to Memorial Park about 11:30 p.m. on July 18, 2025. There, they found two people on the ground: Hansen, 18, who suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, and Ferrari, who had head pain and numbness.
Tank and Sanroman blamed Hansen and Ferrari for the confrontation, and those two blamed the first pair.
