MENASHA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The city of Menasha has created a Facebook page dedicated to sharing official updates as recovery from Monday’s tornado continues.
City officials say the page will be used to provide “verified updates, available resources, road or service information, community notices and other important announcements.”
The new Facebook page comes as a resource center for all Fox Valley residents affected by the storm is set to open in Appleton next Monday and Tuesday.
The Multiagency Resource Center will have information, guidance, and resources for individuals and families affected by the storm. Representatives from nonprofit organizations, community partners and local agencies will be available to assist residents with immediate needs, recovery planning, and referrals to additional services.
