Former Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon and his wife, Gabrielle, are blending their love of food and philanthropy into a new project: The Dining with the Dillons Recipe Collection.
The community-focused cookbook features over 30 of Gabrielle’s personal recipes, alongside signature contributions from 12 beloved Door County restaurants. All proceeds from book sales directly support the Dillon Family Foundation, funding efforts to combat food insecurity and fight hunger across Wisconsin.
The local restaurants with recipes in the cookbook:
Barringer’s, Bayside Tavern, White Gull Inn and Sara’s Artisan Gelato, all in Fish Creek; Casey’s BBQ and Smokehouse in Egg Harbor; Chives Door County and PC Junction in Baileys Harbor; Door County Coffee & Tea in Carlsville; Island Fever Rum Bar and Grill in Jacksonport; Osteria Tre Tassi in Ellison Bay; The Shoreline Restaurant in Gills Rock; and Thyme Restaurant and Catering in Sister Bay.
