9. A cape with the Statue of Liberty on it.

12. A textured photo with a rhinestoned picture of Jesus.

According to the index, geographical location and the calendar play a massive role in what gets left behind. The top five most forgetful cities in America: New York City, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles take the crown.
