(LEARFIELD/WNFL) – Brewers veteran right-hander Brandon Woodruff is back on the injured list.
The team says he had a procedure to drain fluid from his shoulder.
Doctors say there’s nothing structurally wrong with Woodruff’s shoulder.
He has dealt with shoulder issues, causing him to miss big chunks of the last three seasons.
Woodruff told reporters he doesn’t believe he will be out of action very long.

Jacob Misiorowski will start for the Brewers. He is 2-2 with a 2.84 ERA.
The Yankees will counter with Max Fried who is 4-1 with a 2.39 ERA.
