(WTAQ-WLUK) — A body was pulled from the Fox River Friday.
Around 2:15 p.m., crews responded to the Fox River near RiverHeath Way for a report of a body in the water. Appleton’s police and fire departments and the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office all responded to the scene.
One body was recovered. No other information was provided, with officials saying an investigation is ongoing. The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office is taking the lead on the investigation.
