This weekend felt incredibly low key, which honestly was such a nice change of pace. Sierra and I started it off the best way we know how… and that of course is with a trip to Crumbl. We usually each try a different cookie (so if we wanted to share we could) but this week we both did the Raspberry Danish cookie! They served it warm and while not my favorite, it was still very good!
Saturday Sierra had to work, and I didn’t know what to do with my free time, so I being the good roommate that I am, made a complete mess of the kitchen (LOL), and tried my hand at making pasta from scratch! I was thinking okay… only 2 ingredients, eggs and flour, how hard could this be.
First of all all what a mess, and an arm work out, but and not to toot my own horn, it was delicious and worth the time and energy. However, you are not going to catch me doing this on the regular.
Rue my standard poodle has been spending a lot of time with her friends at doggie day care, which has left her looking pretty grungy. So on Sunday I decided enough was enough and she was getting a bath. She was not even close to being a happy camper, but she looked and SMELLED so much better.
It’s such a rough life being a poodle, and don’t worry she was compensated for her struggles with lots of snuggles and treats.
