GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-METRO) – Florida’s governor says Republican Tim Michels could make Wisconsin look a lot more like his state if he wins the race for governor.
Governor Ron DeSantis campaigned for Michels in Green Bay last night. DeSantis told a crowd of Republicans that Michels would sign new laws on election integrity and to make sure there won’t be anymore statewide coronavirus mandates.
Michels is locked in a close race with Democratic Governor Tony Evers. The most recent Marquette Law School Poll shows Evers with a 3 point lead over Michels.
Democrats yesterday said DeSantis’ vision for Wisconsin is ‘radical and dangerous.’
