Betty White would have been 100 on January 17th. As you know, we lost this beautiful icon at 99 years old on December 31st. One of the many legacies that Betty White left behind is her LOVE of animals. She worked with shelters and rescues over her long career and loved and cared for many animals.
A movement has begun online to donate money towards a local animal rescue or shelter. The goal is to get $5 dollars donated, and do so in Betty White’s name as a way of honoring her love and commitment to the lives animals in shelters and rescues.
As you know, I work with many of these local rescues and shelters when I do Fife’s Furballs. I am gonna link websites below in hopes that you will consider joining the movement and donating locally!
