FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Lamarion Moore was sentenced last Thursday to seven years in prison for his role in a retaliatory shooting for a Fond du Lac murder.
Moore, 20, was convicted of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and four bail jumping counts for the May 23, 2023, shooting. He was also placed on extended supervision for five years by Judge Anthony Nehls, court records show.
Previously, co-defendant Adamite Willey was sentenced to four years on probation.
Moore fired shots at a vehicle he and Willey believed was involved in the May 7, 2023, homicide at the Maplewood Commons apartment.
Tatyana Zech was killed in the original incident. Parise Larry and Antonio Johnston are charged with Zech’s murder, and are scheduled to go on trial Feb. 17.
