NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One of the largest trucking companies in the U.S. is closing facilities across Wisconsin, including in Neenah.
Yellow announced it will close eight facilities in Wisconsin, affecting 261 employees, after filing for bankruptcy earlier this month.
Among those facilities is its Neenah location where 86 people will be out of work.
Other Wisconsin locations affected are Madison, Eau Claire, Mosinee, Oak Creek, Portage and two in Tomah.
According to the state, layoffs began July 30.
