5-C-SPAN announced today that
Trevor Connaher,
a student at
Bay Port High School
in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is a second prize winner in C-SPAN’s national 2020 StudentCam competition. Connaher will receive $1,500 for the documentary, ”
America's Digital Divide
,” about political polarization and the role of social media.The documentary will air on C-SPAN at 6:50 a.m. ET and throughout the day on April 3. (Nearly 5,400 students from 44 states and Washington, D.C., participated)
