Location: Neenah Animal Shelter
Mutthammad Ali, AKA Mutt or Ali, arrived at the Neenah Animal Shelter as a stray in late January. He’s been at the shelter over 130 days, making him our longest current resident.
He’s a sweet, friendly boy and is very food/treat motivated. Ali loves his toys and to chew on an occasional stick, but he is also very eager to learn and is a people pleaser! He currently knows commands like: sit, shake, laydown, off, speak, and leave it.
Ali is neutered, fully vaccinated and full grown. He is very food and toy motivated. He has been tested with other dogs and does very well. He is great on leash walks. He never has an accident in his kennel and is always incredibly happy to see any new face. He’s still relatively a puppy at heart so he loves to play and learn new tricks.
Ali gets very excited when he meets new people, but after a few minutes out of his kennel he calms down and listens very well. He is looking for a family with an active lifestyle and someone to go on a lot of walks with. Due to his enthusiastic nature, Ali will do better with older children rather than toddlers.

Join us at the Furry Flurry to Raise Awareness!
Furry Flurry is our largest fundraiser each year. Last year, we raised over $28,000. Our goal for this year is to reach $30,000!
Please join us for a walk to raise awareness for our shelter. The funds raised from our walk helps cover medical expenses including life saving surgeries, spay/neuters, and vaccinations.
Any well behaved, fully vaccinated animal companion is welcome, whether they are walking on their own feet/paws, being carried, or riding along! We love to see NAS Alumni!
100% of the proceeds from the Furry Flurry go back to helping the animals we care for every year.
