The Milwaukee Brewers welcome the Pittsburgh Pirates for a big, three game series this weekend at American Family Field. Misery will love company as the Brewers are in the throes of a six game losing streak having been swept by Oakland and Minnesota in their last two series. They enter the weekend with a .500 record at 34-34. The Pirates are scuffling just as badly as the Brewers as they are coming of a sweep at the hands of the Chicago Cubs, falling 7-2 at Wrigley Field Thursday. Pittsburgh sits 34-33, just a half game in front of the Crew so the winner in the series opener will be on top of the NL Central Division race. Julio Teheran will start for the Brewers against Rich Hill of the Pirates. Pre-game coverage begins at 6:35 PM with a 7:10 PM first pitch on WTAQ.
