GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The Green Bay Police Department has promoted two individuals. Sergeant Kris Thoreson was promoted to Lieutenant, and Officer Riley Peterson was promoted to Sergeant.
Both have 9 years of service within the Green Bay Police Department.
“The Green Bay Police Department is made up of many well-qualified current and future leaders. The selection process for promotions is never an easy one as so many individuals who apply are qualified for promotions to high levels of responsibility. Please join me in congratulating these two members of the GBPD on their new positions,” said Chief Chris Davis, Green Bay Police Department.
A promotional ceremony was held Tuesday at the Green Bay Police Department.
