GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay officials are looking for the public’s input on art in a new downtown development.
The Green Bay Community and Economic Development Department released a community survey to gather feedback on artwork for the Shipyard development supported in part by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
The survey asks residents and community members what types of public art they would like to see in the Shipyard District.
Construction work on the Shipyard District, on the western edge of the Fox River along Broadway, is underway, with apartment buildings and other amenities like a public path, floating dock, dog park and kayak launch in the works.
