GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Green Bay Metro Fire had a busy Tuesday night as crews responded to a fire alarm at Quincy Recycle on Bay Beach Road just before 9:30 p.m.
Firefighters report finding heavy smoke throughout the large warehouse.
The fire was located near a conveyor moving recycled paper.
Green Bay Metro Fire estimates the fire caused $100,000 in damage.
No one was injured.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was assisted by Green Bay Police Department, Brown County Dispatch, Green Bay Public
Works Department, and Wisconsin Public Service.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Green Bay Metro Fire Department’s Fire Marshal’s Office.
