GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Flashing red lights are the same as a stop sign.
That’s the word from Green Bay police, who say there has been an increase of crashes at two intersections along W. Mason Street.
Red lights are flashing at the intersections with S. Ridge Road and Meacham Street. Crews have been rebuilding traffic signals there since late last year.
Drivers are reminded to come to a stop before moving ahead when reaching a flashing red light.
