(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Wisconsin Badgers open their delayed Big Ten season tonight at Camp Randall Stadium against the University of Illinois.
Badgers coach Paul Chryst said that even though COVID19 has been a big concern leading up to the game, the UW football team has been COVID-free since their two-week shutdown last month.
With that not a worry, the Badgers fans may want to worry about the quarterback spot. Graham Mertz will be making his first collegiate start under center with Jack Coan out with an injury.
What has Chryst told Mertz to prep him for the game?
Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. tonight.
