BUCHANAN, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents for help after a recent burglary in the town of Buchanan.
Residents in Buchanan, Village of Combined Locks, and Village of Kimberly are asked to review any home surveillance or doorbell camera footage from Monday night into early Tuesday morning for anything suspicious. This may include unfamiliar individuals or activity around homes, garages, driveways or neighboring properties. Even something seemingly insignificant could assist in identifying the suspect.
Officials did not release the location of the burglary.

As this investigation continues, the sheriff’s office encourage residents throughout its communities to take the following precautions:
- Keep vehicles locked and remove valuables from view.
- Lock your residence, garage, and other outbuildings.
- Make sure security cameras and doorbell cameras are working properly and up to date.
- Consider utilizing exterior lighting and motion-activated lights.
- Remain aware of unusual activity in your neighborhood and report suspicious behavior.
