GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – There are reports of a large police presence in downtown Green Bay.
Police were seen addressing protesters in the area of Walnut Street and Monroe Avenue, as well as near police headquarters. By about 10:30 p.m., crowds had largely dispersed – while officers remained on scene.
Several people were seen being escorted from the area by officers.
