OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Police are recommending charges against three people following a disturbance Friday night on Oshkosh’s east side.
Police say they were called to a home in the 800 block of Mallard Avenue just after 8 p.m. They ended up arrested a 34-year-old man for substantial battery. They are also recommending that a 57-year-old man be charged with battery and a 54-year-old woman be charged with disorderly conduct. Their names were not released.
The 57-year-old man was taken to the hospital. His condition was not released.
