On Friday, the Green Bay Public Arts Commission unveiled a new interactive sculpture located right along the banks of the Fox River near the Neville Public Museum.
Created by Minnesota artist Greg Mueller, the vibrant green installation is a clever tribute to the city’s identity. Its structure evokes the shape of a boat, referencing the surrounding water, while the use of corrugated metal serves as a nod to Green Bay’s historic papermaking industry. The best part? The sculpture features functional swings, inviting the public to sit back and enjoy the view of the river while interacting with the art itself!
