If you needed a reminder that you’re not living up to your full potential today, meet Jude Owens, a 2-year-old from Manchester, England who just casually collected two Guinness World Records before turning three.
First, Jude became the youngest person to pull off a snooker double pot (two balls legally dropped into two different pockets with one shot) at 2 years, 261 days. Then he went back for seconds and became the youngest person to make a pool bank shot (bounce it off the rail, then sink it) at 2 years, 302 days… with the bank shot officially logged in Manchester on October 12, 2025.
Guinness says Jude got started because his dad, Luke, introduced him to the game at home (including a mini setup)… and they even had to get creative so the kid could actually reach the table.
Also: the toddler has already had a walk-on at the 2025 UK Championship and landed a sponsorship. Meanwhile, I’m just trying to not scratch on the break.
Want the proof (and the ego check)? The Guinness video is out now.
