(LEARFIELD) – Wisconsin football may not share the work among three running backs when the 2025 season gets underway.
Early in fall camp, redshirt freshman Dilin Jones has impressed coaches.
Other candidates to carry the ball for the Badgers include Darrion Dupree and Cade Yacamelli.
Jones is the least-experienced running back, but he is reportedly showing the most potential.
When he was being recruited, Jones was rated a four-star prospect.
Allegro named to watch list: One Badger linebacker received a preseason honor.
Wisconsin’s Christian Alliegro was named to the Butkus Award watch list.
Alliegro had 66 total tackles and three sacks last season.
No Badger has won the award, which was first given in 1985.
