This is how fast bad things can happen….There were torrential rains in Pensacola, Florida last Friday, and Deputy William Hollingsworth nearly lost his life because of it. He left his patrol car to help someone trapped in rising waters, and they both got sucked into a drainage pipe. They were swept underneath Highway 98 and traveled underwater for about 100 feet before coming out the other side of the road . . . some 30 seconds later. Officer Hollingsworth’s bodycam filmed the whole thing.
