GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Oconto man has been indicted in federal court for allegedly producing child pornography.
Prosecutors say Rocky R. Sonkowsky, 32, “employed and used a minor” for the purpose of creating a “visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.” The alleged crime took place in May and June of 2021. The indictment does not contain further details.
Sonkowsky is due back in court Dec. 14 to enter a plea.
If convicted, Sonkowsky could be sentenced to 15-30 years in prison.
