After racing out to a 9-0 record to start the season, the Milwaukee Bucks have cooled off and the Atlanta Hawks are doing the chilling. After handing Milwaukee it’s first loss last week in Georgia, the Hawks beat the Bucks again Monday at Fiserv Forum 121-106. DeAndre Hunter led a balanced attack with 24 points while five others chipped in with double digits including Trae Young with 21 after not playing against Milwaukee last week. The Bucks, plagued by poor shooting, just 40 percent from floor and only 6 of 29 (20.7%) from three, got 27 from Giannis Antetokounmpo and 20 from first round pick Marjon Beauchamp. Bobby Portis added a double double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Already without Khris Middleton and Pat Connaughton since the season began, the Bucks lost Grayson Allen in the first half and he didn’t return. The Bucks (10-3) slip a half game behind Boston in the Eastern Conference race. The Celtics are 11-3 after posting a 7th straight win Monday night against Oklahoma City. Milwaukee returns to action Wednesday night hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers.
