FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) — A man has been formally charged with killing another man in downtown Fond du Lac earlier this month.
Timothy Brown, 32, was charged Wednesday with first-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon; and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Prosecutors say Brown shot and killed Brandon Johnson outside of a downtown bar on August 20th. Johnson was shot four times.
If convicted, Brown faces life plus 15 years in prison.
