GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The Packers are fighting for a playoff bye and home field advantage on Saturday when they face the Cleveland Browns, who are fighting for their playoff lives.
Despite the stakes for both teams, Travis Loftus with Ticket King in Ashwaubenon says it’s one of the most affordable games of the year.
“We’re below face-value on end zone tickets,” Loftus told WTAQ. “We’re right around $100, and face value is $118.”
The reason why is simple.
“It’s the whole Christmas thing that kind of throws an wrench in it,” Loftus explained. “It’s hard to justify going to Green Bay for Christmas and leave your family…a lot of local people will go to the game, obviously.”
Loftus says a lot of season ticket holders are opting to sell their tickets for the primetime Christmas Day showcase game. He expects ticket prices for the last few games of the season to be higher.
