GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — A man has been charged with two counts of homicide intoxicated use of a vehicle after a fatal crash near Denmark over the weekend.
Police say 29-year-old Marcus Walker of Green Bay was drunk when he failed to yield at a stop sign on County Highway R at its intersection with Cooperstown Road and collided with a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Jamie Lee Cain of Whitelaw.
Cain and his passenger, 41-year-old Katherine Mae Rathie-Dunn, both died at the scene.
A 31-year-old passenger of Walker’s, Joseph Walker, was treated at a Milwaukee Hospital.
