ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) — Following the exit of Mike Pettine, the Green Bay Packers have announced the hiring of Los Angeles Rams Linebackers Coach Joe Barry as Defensive Coordinator.
Maurice Drayton, an internal promotion, has been named special teams coordinator.
Barry has worked as an assistant coach in the NFL for 19 seasons, the last three of which were with the Rams. He previously worked as a defensive coordinator with Detroit and Washington.
Drayton has spent the past three seasons as assistant special teams coach for the Packers.
