OSHKOSH, WI (WRN) — There’s a coronavirus outbreak at the state prison in Oskhosh.
Officials report more than 300 active cases among nearly two-thousand prisoners. Oshkosh Correctional has a large number of elderly inmates.
The Oshkosh surge comes as Kettle Moraine prison reports 437 active cases of COVID-19.
That’s the biggest outbreak at a Wisconsin prison so far.
