Otis Day sent me this last night and as I watched… I thought what an amazing story. A family woke up in the middle of the night, and found a stray dog has entered into their home. They couldn’t figure out how, all the windows and doors were locked. So… to the security camera he went.
Turns out, as a new dad he was tired (in zombie parent mode) and as he entered him home, he left the door open. It didn’t fully latch. As a storm raged out that night, a dog comes into light on the security camera. The dog, looking for shelter, noticed the open door and entered the home.
Within a few hours, a random stranger noticed the open door. And of all the horrible stuff that could have happened, it didn’t. The stranger who we will come to know as Steve, locked and closed the open door. That also locked this random dog in the home. The family didn’t want the dog to go into a animal shelter, so they adopted him. They fattened up the dog, and they got all the medical attention the doggo needed. And we get to meet Steve.
