The Wisconsin Badgers aren't concerned with style points, they just keep winning. The 14th ranked Badgers defeated Penn State 71-66 in State College Sunday for their 7th consecutive victory and team record 11th road win of the year. The Nitnay Lions stayed within striking distance throughout but Wisconsin knocked down 13 of 14 free throws down the stretch to secure the win. Josh Gasser led with 15 points, Ben Brust added 14. Wisconsin improved to 24-5 overall and 11-5 in the Big Ten race, drawing even with Michigan State for second place with two games to go. The Badgers also clinched a first round bye in the Big Ten tournament next week. Wisconsin will finish the regular season with games against Purdue Wednesday night at home and at Nebraska on Sunday.
