College Football Coaches "Coach to Cure MD"

Coach to Cure MD
Coach to Cure MD

UNDATED (WHTC) -- The Hope College football team is playing in Bloomingdale, Illinois on Saturday.  Their opponent is Illinois Wesleyan.  While the two teams will be on the playing field to win, their coaches will join together for a national effort to find a cure for Du-chenne muscular dystrophy.  Hope head football coach Dean Kreps and his coaching staff will be wearing the patch, “Coach to Cure MD” on their arms during the game.  Thousands of college football coaches are doing so this week across the U.S.  In 2012, more than 10-thousand college football coaches at 580 different institutions took part in the “Coach to Cure MD” events.  To donate, text the word “CURE” to 90999 or visit CoachtoCureMD.org
