Green Bay man pleads not guilty in drunken crash that injured cop


GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A Green Bay man plead not guilty today to five felony charges after crashing into a police squad car at 96 miles per hour while drunk. 

25-year-old Ryan Rivard appeared in Brown County Court for an arraignment hearing. 

The crash seriously injured officer Tracy Liska. Court documents show Liska suffered a broken collar bone, broken ribs, and a punctured lung in the crash.

She was pulling out of a parking lot at the Kwik Trip in the 900 block of Lombardi Ave. near Lambeau Field. 

Rivard is facing several felony charges including Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, 1st Degree Reckless Injury and 4th Offense OWI.
