OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A woman killed in a duplex fire in Oshkosh on Wednesday night has been identified as 25-year-old Teresa Schmitz.
The state Fire Marshal is helping Oshkosh authorities determine the cause of the blaze.
Officials said there were no working smoke detectors in either the upstairs or downstairs living units.
Two upstairs residents were injured after they jumped from windows. They were hospitalized in stable condition at last word.
Schmitz was trapped upstairs. Firefighters pulled her out, and she died later at a hospital.
Four downstairs residents escaped, and they were treated at the scene.
