GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Green Bay say the robbery of a gas station on April 15 was an inside job.
The Express gas station at 1593 East Mason Street was robbed at gunpoint by two males. One of the robbers pushed the clerk into the bathroom while the other went to the office and stole a large amount of cash.
Police have since arrested an employee of that gas station. Officers say 21-year-old Amanda Vieau helped plan and execute the robbery. She was not the clerk working at the time. Vieau has not been formally charged with any crime.
Police say they are following other leads to try to identify the males involved in the robbery and say they may make additional arrests soon.
