GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Green Bay have identified the man found dead inside a home on Ashland Avenue early Saturday.

Police say 49-year-old Daniel Eric Kuehl owned the home at 239 North Ashland and was living in an apartment at the address.

Authorities continue to describe Kuehl's death as "suspicious" and won't release any other details regarding the investigation.

FOX 11 contacted Brown County Coroner Al Klimek as to what information could be released as a part of the autopsy. He responded in an email saying any information would come from the police department, but that he is working with a pathologist to determine the cause and manner of Kuehl's death. He added "that information will not be made available for a while."

Police ask if anyone had recent contact with Kuehl to contact the department at (920) 448-3208 or Crime Stoppers at (920) 432-STOP, adding "any information, no matter how minor you feel it may be, could be very helpful."
