TOWN OF HUTCHINS, WI (WTAQ) - A man in Shawano County was cut with a knife on Saturday after trying to intervene between two men who were arguing. 

The Sheriff’s Department received a report of stabbing around 11pm to a home in the Town of Hutchins. 

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries to his hand.  He was treated and released from the hospital. 

A 25-year-old man was arrested and charges are expected to be referred to the district attorney’s office.
