It wasn't easy, but Alicia Keys has finally sold her New York City penthouse, which she put on the market back in March. That's according to AOL Real Estate .
As previously reported, Alicia listed the house for $17.95 million, but had to chop the price of the property to $15 million earlier this year. She bought the Manhattan home from Lenny Kravitz in 2010, and spent two years in the space. The penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows, a floating staircase, and 3,000 square feet of terraces, according to AOL.
Back in October, Alicia and her husband Swizz Beatz paid $12 million to take over Eddie Murphy 's tony estate in Englewood, N.J.
