Justin Bieber Smooching with Vegas Waitress?

Looks like Justin Bieber may have moved on from Selena Gomez .  E! Online reports that while Justin and his crew visited a Las Vegas indoor skydiving facility earlier this month -- the same facility that has banned him for life, as previously reported -- he spent some time there getting cozy with a new blonde.

According to E!, one member of Justin's group was a Las Vegas waitress named Jordan Ozuna .  A source tells E!, "In the waiting room area, she was sitting on [Justin's] lap and they were kissing...Little pecks and kisses."

Justin was "occasionally putting his hands around her waist, [giving her] a couple quick kisses" as they donned their skydiving gear, dished the eyewitness. "He was definitely into her, and she was into him, as I could tell."

In addition, reveals the insider, Justin sat with his head between Ozuna's legs, and she was "caressing his head and shoulders."  Later on, she was described as "petting" his head.  E! has photos of that, though not of the kissing.

As E! previously reported, the facility has banned Justin because he allegedly stiffed them on payment and tips for the staff, and because he and his crew were "disrespectful" to boot.

When he's not canoodling with the ladies, Justin's focused on his Believe tour, and making his fans' dreams come true.  On Saturday night in San Diego, he went out of his way to meet with a young kidney transplant patient with Down syndrome.  He tweeted a picture of the fan, Marisa, kissing him, and wrote, "one of the best parts of the job. nice meeting you Marisa. stay strong for me!"
