MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) - Manitowoc police have arrested a 65-year-old man after he allegedly shot his brother to death over a dispute concerning their parents' estate.
Police say they were called to a home at 4927 River Heights Drive Sunday morning.
Robert Sullivan was taken into custody after they found 62-year-old Carey Sullivan fatally shot.
Investigators say the two lived together in a house they owned for about two or three weeks.
Investigators say Robert Sullivan called 911 and told them he shot his brother.
Detective David McCue says Carey was shot with a .20 gauge shotgun at close range.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
Robert Sullivan is being held in the Manitowoc County Jail.
Police are recommending charges of first-degree intentional homicide.
